Cancellation policy

All product and software sales are Final, and Refunds and Returns are subject exclusively to ThoughtCast/AndEtc Inc's sole discretion. When you checkout, you agree to these terms.

For Subscription Items, you may pause or cancel your subscription anytime in the Portal. When you pause or cancel, you will continue to have access to that subscription product for the entirely of the billing period you purchased it. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, for subscription products.
